Bryan Acheampong Ends Western Region Tour With Strong Grassroots Endorsements

Dr. Bryan Acheampong, New Patriotic Party (NPP) presidential aspirant, has concluded his tour of Ghana’s Western Region with resounding endorsements from party executives, delegates, and grassroots supporters. The tour, which spanned several constituencies, showcased a groundswell of support for his leadership ambitions and set the stage for his next engagements in the Western North Region.

Grassroots Energy Across Constituencies
At every stop, Dr.Acheampong was met with enthusiastic declarations of loyalty and confidence. Party leaders and delegates consistently described him as a candidate with the credibility, discipline, and organisational strength to unite the party and return it to power in 2028.

In Essikado-Ketan, the Constituency Chairman made a bold public declaration: “By the grace of God, on January 31st 2026, let us go and cast our votes for Dr. Bryan Acheampong. I declare my support as Chairman.”

In Mpohor, a delegate named Abigail Arthur, recalled Acheampong’s defense of polling station executives after the last election. “They wanted to remove us, but Dr. Bryan Acheampong stood firm and spoke on our behalf. I have made my decision, he has my full support and my vote.”

Echoes of Support Across the Region
Similar sentiments were echoed in Kwesimintim, where the Constituency Chairman remarked: “I’ve put my ears to the ground and I have realized the victory is with Bryan Acheampong.”

In Jomoro, both the Constituency Chairman and the Women’s Organizer pledged their commitment, urging Acheampong to “adopt the constituency” during the party’s time in opposition. They expressed confidence that his leadership could deliver a decisive victory in 2028 if he becomes flagbearer.

Delegates in Tarkwa-Nsuaem pointed to Acheampong’s record in job creation and his impact at the Ministry of Food and Agriculture. One delegate declared: “If the NPP wants power, then it must be Dr. Bryan Acheampong.” Others described him as humble, innovative, and the party’s best hope: “There is no one except Dr. Bryan Acheampong. He is the one we will bring.”

From Amenfi East, the Constituency Chairman urged members to back Acheampong wholeheartedly: “Show your love and vote for him when the time comes.”

A Consistent Message of Unity and Discipline

Across the Western Region, the message was clear and consistent: delegates and grassroots leaders see Bryan Acheampong as a unity-driven, disciplined, and impactful leader capable of reorganising the party’s base and delivering victory in 2028.

His ability to connect with polling station executives, constituency chairmen, and ordinary delegates has positioned him as a candidate who understands the grassroots and is prepared to champion their cause.

Looking Ahead
With the Western Region tour concluded, Dr. Acheampong is expected to begin engagements in the Western North Region tomorrow. The momentum from his Western Region endorsements is likely to carry forward, as he continues to build alliances and strengthen his appeal among party faithful.
