The first District Chief Executive of the newly created Guan District, in the Oti Region, Mr. Marlon Anipa, is reported to have passed on to glory.
The sad news is said to have occurred around 3:00 am this morning.
Mr. Anipa, a specialised consultant and a staunch member and activist of the New Patriotic Party was a London-based Health Director in Health and Social Care before settling in Ghana to fully pursue his political ambitions.
