Ghana Mission in Malta goes online launched by H.E Barbara Benisa

Ghana’s High Commissioner to Malta, H.E Barbara Akuokor Benisa, has launched the High Commission’s Online Application System, which will ensure that Ghanaians living in Malta can have an improved era of consular service delivery.

Present at the launch were a few leaderships of the Ghanaian Association Union in Malta and Gozo as well as staff of the High Commission.

In addressing participants at the launch, H.E Barbara Benisa noted that this move is in line with the government of Ghana’s digitisation policy and quest to ensure Ghanaians living abroad receive improved consular services as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration steadily roll out an online application and biometric passport printing system in Ghana Missions across the globe.

Scores of Ghanaian residents in Malta have since had their passports processed and issued.

The Online Application System has come as a relief to the Ghanaian community in Malta since it would take away the hustle of having their passport processed.

Madam Barbara Benisa, who is resolved to leave a blueprint during her tenure of office, has tremendously improved consular services since she assumed office.
